Q: Do you ship outside of Canada?

A: Yes we ship both in Canada and the USA. Promotional Codes are Canada only for the time being.

Q: What if I'm looking for something specific that Lagom DS doesn't carry?

A: We would love to hear from you, so please reach out and let us know what you're looking for and we will do our best to get the requested item in stock.

Q: What is you're return/exchange policy?

A: If you notice you have received a product with manufactured defects within 21 days of shipping, Lagom DS will exchange the product*. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and subject to a restocking fee at company discretion.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Lagom prides itself on next day shipping. Transit times are at the discretion of the mail services. Note: Free shipping is offered for the standard ground shipping option only.

Q: Can I cancel/modify an order?

A: We ship next day, so if you can contact us through email before 10:00 am the day of shipping and add the order number in the email, we will do our best to fix the order.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: There will be no tracking with the free standard shipping option. If you choose another shipping option, you will be notified with tracking info via email after the order ships.

Q: Where did you get your flight number and Stability ratings?

A: The flight numbers were taken off of the manufacturers website. As for the stability, we used the common practice of subtracting the turn by the fade. and number under 1 and -1 was given the stable rating. over 1 is overstable and under -1 is understable
